Why do EV brakes rust if I barely use them?
Because regenerative braking does most of the slowing, the friction brakes sit cool and idle, so discs and calipers rust and can seize from underuse — the opposite of a petrol car. India's humidity, monsoon and coastal salt make it worse. We clean, free and service them before they drag or fail.
My EV brake pedal feels spongy — is it dangerous?
Brakes are safety-critical, so don't wait. A spongy pedal can be air in the lines, moisture-laden fluid, a tired master cylinder, or a brake-by-wire/blending fault. We diagnose and fix it promptly.
Why is my EV's suspension knocking and tyres wearing fast?
EVs are heavier (battery) and deliver instant torque, so bushes, links, shocks and tyres take a beating on Indian roads. We find worn joints and uneven wear early and put it right.
Can you fix regenerative braking problems?
Yes. Regen runs through the motor, controller and brake-by-wire system, so a fault there can disable regen or make blending jerky. We read the fault over CAN and repair the root cause.
