What we fix
Every EV battery service, in one place
From a fading range to a swollen pack — every battery-related diagnosis, repair and replacement we offer, for any EV.
Battery health check (SoH)
A real State-of-Health measurement — usable capacity, cell balance and internal resistance — not a guess. Know exactly how much battery you have left.
SoH · capacity · balance
Range loss & degradation
Range dropped? We separate genuine capacity loss from seasonal, driving-style and display-estimation effects, with cell-level analysis.
range · ageing
BMS diagnosis & repair
Battery Management System faults — CAN / RS485 errors, SOC drift, cell-voltage alerts, balancing failures and isolation faults — read and fixed.
CAN · RS485 · isolation
Cell & module repair
A weak cell or module can drag down the whole pack. We locate and replace the faulty cells/modules instead of condemning the entire battery.
cell · module level
Battery pack replacement
When a pack is genuinely end-of-life or damaged, full pack replacement to OEM specification with correct chemistry and capacity.
OEM pack swap
Thermal & cooling faults
Overheating, thermal throttling, coolant leaks and weak pumps on liquid-cooled packs — diagnosed and repaired before they age the cells.
liquid · air cooled
Swelling & safety
Swollen cells, smell, or a thermal warning are stop-now situations. Safe inspection, isolation and AIS-156-aware handling for any pack.
AIS-156 · fire-safe
Warranty claim support
We assess capacity retention against your warranty's terms and document the evidence so you can make a valid OEM battery-warranty claim.
SoH report · claim
Charge-linked battery faults
Battery problems that show up as charging issues — won't charge past a point, sudden SOC drops, charge-enable faults — traced across BMS and charger.
BMS · charge logic
Common battery problems we solve
- Range has dropped noticeably from when the EV was new
- Battery won't hold charge, or drains while parked
- State of charge jumps or falls suddenly (e.g. 30% to 0)
- Battery / high-voltage warning light on the dashboard
- Pack swelling, a smell, or excessive heat after charging
- Won't charge past a certain percentage
- Sudden power cut-out or shutdown with charge still showing
- Faster degradation after heavy DC fast charging or summer heat
Our diagnostic process
- 1State-of-Health measurement — usable capacity vs rated capacity
- 2Cell-voltage & balance scan across the whole pack
- 3BMS fault read over CAN / RS485 (codes, SOC logic, isolation)
- 4Thermal & cooling system check (coolant, pump, temperatures)
- 5Insulation / HV isolation resistance test for safety
- 6Cell/module repair or pack decision + fixed-price report

EV battery — frequently asked
How do you check my EV battery's health?
We measure the actual State of Health (SoH) — usable capacity against the rated capacity — and scan every cell's voltage, balance and internal resistance, plus a BMS fault read. You get a clear number for how much battery life is left, not a guess.
Can a battery be repaired, or must the whole pack be replaced?
Very often it can be repaired. A single weak cell or module, a balancing fault, or a BMS issue can mimic a 'dead battery'. We locate and repair at cell/module level wherever it's safe and economical, and only recommend a full pack replacement when it's genuinely needed.
What does an EV battery replacement cost in India?
It depends heavily on the pack size and brand — a scooter pack is very different from a 40 kWh car pack. We give a fixed, indicative quote after diagnosis, and always check warranty eligibility first, since a valid claim can make it free.
Will you help with a battery warranty claim?
Yes. Most EVs carry an 8-year / 160,000 km-class battery warranty with a capacity-retention clause. We measure your SoH and document the evidence so you can make a valid claim with the manufacturer.
Which battery chemistries and brands do you service?
LFP, NMC, NCA and blade/LMFP packs, removable and fixed, across every brand — Tata, MG, Mahindra, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, Ola, Ather, TVS, Bajaj, Hero and more — for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers and cars.
Is it safe, and do you come to me?
Battery work is high-voltage and we treat it that way — certified technicians, insulated tools and isolation procedure. We work on-site at your home or office, or at our workshop; the site-visit fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
