Tyre pressure

  • Use the EV's recommended pressure, found on the door-jamb placard or in the manual, not the generic figure for a petrol car of similar size. EVs are heavier and usually need more air.
  • Check pressures cold, before driving or after the car has rested a few hours. Hot tyres read artificially high.
