Our engineers hold ARAI Level 2 / IMI EV certifications and have hands-on experience across Tesla, BMW, Hyundai, BYD, Mahindra, Ford, and Kia lineups. Most have spent 5+ years on EV-only servicing — battery diagnostics, BMS work, ADAS calibration, and high-voltage safety.

You get the same engineers our India workshops escalate to. The only difference is the medium — video instead of a wrench.

Frequently asked

How do I share my car's data with the engineer?

After booking we email a prep checklist. You can share OBD app screenshots (CarScanner, Car Scanner Pro), dashboard photos, the listing URL for a used purchase, or simply show the car live over video. We never need direct access to your vehicle's onboard systems.

What if I need a follow-up?

Standard and Full sessions include a written summary by email; Full includes a 30-day follow-up window for clarifying questions. You can also book another tier on top — frequent callers tend to start with a Quick Check.

Do you fix the car remotely?

No. We diagnose, interpret, and recommend a repair path — including which parts to ask for, what a fair labour quote looks like, and whether the issue is a warranty claim. Physical repair is done by your local shop (we can suggest specialists in major US/UK metros).

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before your slot. 50% refund if you cancel within 24 hours. No refund once the call has started. If we can't help with your specific issue once the call begins, you get a credit toward a different tier instead of a refund.

Do you work with Tesla, Ford, Hyundai, BYD, BMW?

Yes — our engineers have hands-on time across Tesla (Model 3/Y/S/X), Ford (Mach-E, F-150 Lightning), Hyundai (Ioniq 5/6, Kona EV), Kia (EV6, Niro EV), BMW (iX, i4), BYD (Atto 3, Seal), and Mahindra/Tata for owners with grey-import vehicles. If your model isn't covered, we'll say so before charging you.

Do you cover used EVs from auction sites (Copart, IAA, eBay)?

Yes — this is one of the most common use cases. Send the auction listing, photos, and any history report you have. We'll flag known battery problem years, salvage red flags, and likely repair costs before you bid.

Where do payments go?

We bill in USD or GBP at booking via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout right after you submit the booking form.
