DIYguru-certified technicians
Only technicians who pass the DIYguru BMS/motor-control certification are assigned.
On-site or workshop
Technician visits your location, or we arrange pickup to our workshop. Your choice.
Site-visit fee waived on repair
A small site-visit fee is charged upfront. If the repair completes, it's deducted from your invoice.
Parts pending? We track it
If a part is out of stock, you'll get an ETA. We install it when it arrives — no re-trip charges.
