HV Battery Over-temperature Warning

Inadequate coolant circulation or thermal paste degradation

Cabin AC Failure in EV Mode

Tied to compressor control software or low refrigerant

Cabin Heat Rise During Charging

Cooling system prioritizing battery, not interior AC

Charging Stalls at ~80%

BMS balancing in progress or pack cell voltage mismatch

BMS Update Failure

During OTA/OBD reprogramming; can brick system without proper fallback

SOC Inaccuracy Post Fast-Charge

Loss of Acceleration
